Technical Product Manager - AI Deployment

GE HealthCare, San Ramon/Vancouver - (June 2021 - Present)
Developing the product for the inferencing team. Working with a worldwide team to deliver AI Deployment services for GE Healthcare Machine Vision models.

  • Prioritizing and Scoping User Stories for the Agile Scrum Team to build out our AI Deployment platform
  • Long Term Strategic planning for the AI Deployment Platform alongside stakeholders
  • Developed User Personas and Journey maps to help inform the value we deliver in our product strategies
  • Release and Sprint Planning for the AI Inferencing Team
Extra projects: Pricing Strategy for GE's internal AI training software

  • Broke down Amazon AWS Cost Center data to map to organizations. Used Excel to show which modalities were using the most resources
  • Presented findings to executive leadership team and created pricing structure to recuperate costs from modalities

Software Engineer

GE HealthCare, San Ramon - (June 2019 - July 2020)
Building, testing and deploying code for the Edison AI project in an Agile Scrum environment.

  • Using Angular7, SpringBoot, Flask and Node to build webservices for the project
  • Worked in both the backend and front end of the product
  • Worked closely with POs and Architects to inform the design requirements based on customer feedback
  • Used design patters and Test Driven Development for continuity and validation of my work

National Instruments, San Ramon - (Jan 2017 - May 2019)
Engineering Leadership Rotation Program with National Instruments where I had the chance to work in Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product Management

  • Product Management Project: Used customer insights to develop plan to implement a feature for compactRIO
  • Sales: Used value statements and listen and learn skills to build ~$1m in pipeline for NI over 10 months
  • R&D: Developed a Getting Started Guide for using NI Software for Machine Vision using the CameraLink camera standard
  • Technical Support: Helped customer troubleshoot problems they were having when developping with NI software and hardware
